Who is responsible

This site belongs to Marcello L. Raso, director and screenwriter, Italy. For any question about your data, write to hello@rasostudios.com.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, the name, email address, role and message you enter are sent by email to the address above, so that I can reply. They are used for nothing else, are not shared for marketing, and are kept only as long as the conversation requires.

The form is delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an external email-forwarding service, which processes the message in order to send it. Legal basis: your request to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and does not track visitors.

Videos hosted on YouTube load only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment YouTube may process data under its own privacy policy.

Fonts and images are served from this site itself; no third-party font services are used.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address in server logs, for security and operation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Write to the email above to exercise these rights.
